Zoe Collins, PsyD, Team Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Zoe Collins, PsyD is the CART Team Clinical Psychologist.  The CART Team is a project of the Office of Developmental Primary Care, housed in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco. She has served individuals with developmental disabilities since the early 90’s in a variety of roles that range from direct service provider, educator, trainer, consultant, and as clinician.  She earned her doctorate degree in clinical psychology with a family/child emphasis from Alliant International University/California School of Professional Psychology.  For more than 15 years Dr. Collins has provided clinical care that includes neurodevelopmental and neurobehavioral evaluations for children and adults from diverse ethnic, social, and socioeconomic backgrounds.  Additionally, Dr. Collins has taught graduate level courses and served as associate training director with the overall aim of increasing the capacity of upcoming providers serve a diverse group of individuals in a compassionate and ethical manner.  She has also served in leadership roles in community mental health programs serving underserved diverse populations. Dr. Collins has emphasis areas in neurodevelopmental disorders, trauma, resiliency, and diversity.
