Supported Health Care Decision-Making

Like all of us, people with disabilities may need support to understand health information, communicate with their clinicians and manage their daily health needs. Supported Health Care Decision-Making allows adults with disabilities to name trusted supporters to help them access health care, understand medical information and make medical decisions. To learn more about Supported Health Care Decision-Making, view the brief videos and accompanying materials below, and access the provided links.
